To reserve your place at Hawaii
Sheffield House, we will need to receive a deposit
of one-half the total, with the balance due on arrival. You may pay by personal or
bank check (US funds, US dollars), Visa or MC on US banks is preferred.
A wire transfer is also possibly the best possible way to make payment for our European or Australian guests. Let us know if you wish to pay in this way and we will send you banking information.
Our policy is that a reservation is made based on first come/first served based on receipt of deposit.
For our guests with foreign currency a deposit via wire transfer of US dollars may be best. Call or email to receive those instructions.
Usually, we have a five
night minimum stay Jan.- March. If you contact us close (within a month of the
time of your vacation and/or if there is availability we will take a shorter night reservation.
In Christmas, January,
February , July and August, we will only be taking bookings
of at least one week.
Although if you are looking to book within a month or so of arrival date or you see that there is an opening on the calendar by all means call. Or if you can tell from the calendar that there is a few day break between other bookings call us.
After we have received your
deposit, we will send you a confirmation with
directions from the Honolulu Airport to Sheffield

HI Excise Sales Tax of 4.712%+ Accommodations Tax of 10.25%=Tax 14.97%
A weekly cleaning fee of $80 for the Ginger Studio -$80 for the Garden Suite will be added
to each reservation.

Based on a party of
two in each bedroom

Garden Suite combine to make a Two bedroom two bath unit.

available. As a small business we ask that guests
call and ask questions to be very sure that this is
where they want to stay. Refunds will only
be made if we rebook the room to another party. A $30 reservation fee and any credit card fees incurred during transaction will be charged for any refund of reservation.
Please let us know what time you plan to arrive. If you do not arrive or contact us within three hours after your prearranged arrival time or the 3 p.m. check in time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. The cost including tax and cleaning fee of the first two nights will be forfeited. The cost for the other nights will be forfeited. Please notify us immediately if you make any changes in your plans.
Please note that we have a no smoking policy.
Note: There are no hotels or motels in Kailua.
We provide a complimentary first mornings' breakfast of pastry, fruit, juice and coffee and tea.
